From a Georgia Cattle Farm to Nashville’s Rising Stage

The Castellows—sisters Ellie, Lily, and Powell Balkcom—hail from rural Georgetown, Georgia, where they grew up on a cattle and timber farm, were homeschooled, and spent time working the land and singing in church choir. They started sharing covers on social media in 2022, quickly building a following with their natural harmonies. By 2023 they had signed with Warner Music Nashville and Warner Records, releasing their debut EP *A Little Goes a Long Way* in February 2024. Follow-up projects included the *Alabama Stone* EP in late 2024 and the seven-song *Homecoming* EP in May 2025. Along the way they earned spots on CMT Next Women of Country and SiriusXM Highway Find lists, opened for Little Big Town and Sugarland, and joined Thomas Rhett’s Better In Boots Tour in 2025. Their music draws directly from Southern roots while keeping the focus on heartfelt storytelling and those signature sibling harmonies.
